MaintainHQ is operated by MaintainHQ Ltd., built by the team at Rich Harrington Ltd. — years in the WordPress agency trenches, juggling ManageWP tabs, client Slack pings, and plugin updates that always land on a Friday afternoon.
We started MaintainHQ because the existing tools got the job done but never felt built for how modern teams work: AI-assisted triage, honest security signals, client portals that do not embarrass you, and a single place to see every site's health at a glance.
We are in active early access in 2026. Core monitoring, the WordPress connector, security scans, Otto AI chat, billing, and client portals are live. Some roadmap items — deep malware scanning, full Git deploy pipelines — are still in progress and we say so openly.
